Our internship opportunities are aimed at enabling young people to tackle the
problem of youth unemployment and inexperience. This programme helps NDEF to
engage with young people, helping them prepare for the workplace and to make the
labour market itself more youth-friendly.
NDEF offers internship opportunities hoping interns will make the biggest possible
contribution to our work through their skills and ideas. For an internship to be
beneficial to both the intern and NDEF, we give interns as much responsibility and
diversity in their work as possible. As we want to make the most out of having an
extra member of staff, we give the right tasks so as to improve our productivity and
bring new ideas and perspectives into our organisation. This much responsibility and
